Value for money, ease of travelling to Sydney CBD
Positive: Location is very good. The apartment is 800metre walk from Rouse Hill Metro station. The metro makes it easy to travel into Sydney CBD. Rouse Hill shopping centre is next to the metro station and is a very good shopping centre.
The apartment complex is very safe and quiet. The apartment has it's own small garden, excellent in summer.
Negative: The carpet needs a clean.
